Unit 1
Unit 1 sleeps two adults, is unique, and offers more than the usual. The unit has a private entrance with its own key box, communal swimming pool with outside lapa & braai/BBQ area and is situated in a very secure and safe area.
The unit has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The unit is also equipped with a mini-bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery.
This is a single level unit with no stairs.
House rules:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or prior arrangement with owner
- Checkout: 10:00 AM
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Quiet Hours between 10pm and 7am
Cancellation policy:
- 100% refund 30 days before booking.
- 50% refund 14 days before booking.
